Hurricane Season

Hurricane season commenced on the 1st of June. Please be aware that after a Tropical Storm Alert has been issued by the Meteorology Department of the Government of The Bahamas it will be impossible to buy Storm or Hurricane insurance for that area. We urgently recommend you to review your insurance needs now and not leave it until it's too late.

Examinations of The Chartered Insurance Institute

Examinations are held in April and October each year. For more information use the link to the Chartered Insurance Institute on the Related Links page. Locally the Bahamas General Insurance Association arranges for the examinations to be conducted.
